adidas Terms & Conditions

• Each customer can only purchase one pair of adidas YEEZY, based on a first come first served basis and upon payment completion.
 • No refunds or returns will be entertained.
 • Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, adidas Vietnam Co., Ltd (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with this sale of the adidas YEEZY.
 • Each Customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each Customer indemnifies and will keep indemnified adidas in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by adidas as a direct or indirect result of the Customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• adidas Vietnam Co., Ltd has the right to forfeit any customer who does not follow the instructions/regulations.
 • In circumstance of conflicting purchases leading to stocks insufficiency, adidas Vietnam Co., Ltd has the right to forfeit any customer of the purchase. adidas will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.
 • adidas Vietnam Co., Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

1. PURCHASE TERMS – Summary by Section

1.1 When do these Purchase Terms apply?
These terms apply whenever you order from the adidas Vietnam website or connected pages, or accept an offer. Changes to these terms must be agreed in writing.

1.2 Products
Product availability may vary. Limited edition items may have quantity restrictions. Minor differences in color or display are not considered defects.

1.3 Requirements to conclude a contract with adidas
You must be at least 16 and not legally restricted from making contracts. Orders are for consumers only—not resellers. You must provide accurate information.

1.4 How is a contract concluded with you?

• 1.4.1 General Aspects:
  Your order is an offer; it becomes a contract only when adidas confirms shipment. Orders can be declined or canceled (e.g., due to stock issues or payment problems). Use of bots or automated tools for purchasing is prohibited.

• 1.4.2 Special Aspects:
  A confirmation email is sent after ordering. The sale contract is only valid when adidas confirms the products have shipped.

1.5 Retention of title
Ownership of products stays with adidas until full payment is made. You can’t sell or transfer items before that.

1.6 Maintenance of Products
Follow care instructions. Adidas isn’t liable for damage from improper handling.

1.7 Order Cancellation

1.8 Price
Prices include VAT and are in VND. Additional fees (e.g., shipping, customs) apply and are shown separately. Prices may change before an order is placed.

1.9 Methods of payment
Payment options are shown on the website. Credit checks may apply, and some methods may be refused.

1.10 Invoicing
Invoices are electronic and sent via email. Corporate customers must provide a tax code. Billing info is final once submitted, but changes can be requested (not guaranteed).

1.11 Delivery
Delivery is within Vietnam only, to home or office addresses. Free shipping for orders over 1,300,000 VND (subject to change). Delays may occur, especially around holidays. Split deliveries are possible. If a product can’t be delivered, adidas may cancel the order and refund the customer.

1.12 Returns and Refunds

1.13 Exchange policy
No exchanges are allowed. To switch products, return the item and place a new order.

1.14 Damaged or defective Products
Defective products due to manufacturing faults are refunded. Damage from misuse, normal wear, or external factors is not covered. Customer service is available for help.

Adidas is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond its control.

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Vietnam.
